Easy #AtHome Meals: Gazpacho Español

Gazpacho: Chilled, Spanish tomato soup!

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Red bell peppers

- 1 Yellow bell pepper

- 2 Tomatoes

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Sweet and Sour Paprika

- 1 Garlic Clove

- Sherry Vinegar

- Stale Bread

- 1 Cup of Water

UTENSILS:

- Blender

- 3 Separate medium-size bowls

- Cutting Board

- Knife

RECIPE:

Step 1: Split the tomatoes and the red bell peppers on the cutting board. Place them in separate bowls. Then, cut the yellow bell pepper into small pieces and place it on a different bowl.

Step 2: Pour the tomatoes and the red pepper inside the blender along with a cup of water, a spoonful of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of Paprika, a teaspoon of Sherry vinegar, 4 pieces of stale bread and 1 Garlic clove.

Step 3: Blend the ingredients together.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into a bowl and pour the yellow bell pepper pieces on top with a trickle of olive oil.

Step 5: Enjoy!
